Venue notes: Trax, Charlottesville VADefunct music club that was located at 122 11th St SW in Charlottesville, right next to the railroad tracks and near the University of Virginia campus. Founded in the early 80s, it was famous as a base for the Dave Matthews Band, who played there every Tuesday night in the early 90s — band manager Coran Capshaw owned the club at the time. He was one of several owners through the years. The club was closed in 2000 and the building demolished in Dec 2002 to make way for expansion of the UVa hospital system.
