The Phoenix, Boston's weekly arts newspaper, has spawned regional
editions for Portland (Maine), Providence and Worcester. The "8 days a week"
entertainment guide for this issue of the Portland paper is written by Josh
Rogers, who, in plugging Grant's
upcoming show at The Skinny, makes it
fairly clear where he stands on the Grant vs. Bob question.

JUST DÜ IT. If you were a fan of Hüsker Dü, but have since wearied of Bob Mould's continuing spiral into bizarrely boring pop fluff, pick up a record by the Dü's other main man, Grant Hart. Hart's musical palette is far more varied than Mould's, and his most recent effort, 1999's Good News for Modern Man, is another feather in his cap.
